How do I sign in?

CommonDo_It uses your phone number for sign-in. Enter your number, confirm the SMS code, and you are in. Keep your number up to date in Account & Security in the app if it changes.

What is the recovery email for?

Your verified email is used for account recovery notices, important updates, and to keep your profile consistent across devices. In the app you add and verify it under Account & Security (Settings only shows the current address; use Account Security to change or verify).

I lost my phone or changed my number. Can I get my old account back?

Today, your account is tied to the phone number you signed up with. If you still use that same number on a new device, sign in again with SMS as usual. If you no longer have access to that number and have not linked another sign-in method we support in the future, we may not be able to restore the same account automatically. Contact support@commondoit.com if you need help.

How do badges work?

Badges reflect trust signals such as phone verification and (where applicable) other checks described in the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Details can change as the product grows; check those pages and the in-app legal summaries for the latest rules.

Who do I contact for bugs or feedback?

Email support@commondoit.com, use Contact on this site, or Support & feedback in the app Settings. We read every message, though response time may vary while the community is small.
